At Volt11, our goal is to help you Learn, Build, and Innovate. We inspect every component before packing to ensure quality. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@volt11.in or call us within 4 hours of placing the order. We will cancel it and initiate a 100% refund.
- After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of arrival. In such cases, we will refund the amount after deducting the two-way shipping charges (sending + return).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
- We offer a 7-Day Return/Replacement Window from the date of delivery. You can raise a return request if:
- The product received is Physically Damaged (Video proof required).
- The product is Defective or “Dead on Arrival”.
- You received the Wrong Product.
- Process to Return:
- Email us at support@volt11.in with your Order ID and clear Photos/Video of the issue.
- Our technical team will review the request (usually within 24 hours).
- Once approved, we will verify the claim and arrange a solution (replacement or refund).
3. Non-Returnable Items (Important)
- To ensure fairness, the following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Soldered Items: Any component (like Arduino, pins, sensors) that has been soldered, modified, or altered by you cannot be returned.
- Burnt/Short-Circuited Items: Products damaged due to wrong wiring, over-voltage, or user negligence are not covered under warranty.
- Batteries: LiPo/Li-ion batteries cannot be returned once the seal is broken or if they are puffed due to misuse.
- Consumables: Items like wire, tape, thermal paste, etc.
- ⚠️ Unboxing Video Mandatory: We highly recommend making a clear Unboxing Video (without cuts) when you open the parcel. This is the only valid proof if any item is missing or physically damaged during transit.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it (Quality Check).
- If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- The amount will reflect in your original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
