1. Processing & Dispatch Time
Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of order confirmation.
Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same day.
Sundays & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Working Days
Rest of India: 5 – 7 Working Days
North East & J&K: 7 – 10 Working Days
(Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.)
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹[Amount 75] applies to orders below ₹[Amount 399].
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹[Amount 399].

5. Important Note on LiPo Batteries & Liquids
Due to aviation security regulations, items like Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Batteries, Aerosol sprays, and certain Chemicals cannot be shipped via Air. These items will be shipped via Surface (Road) Transport, which may take 2-3 extra days to deliver. We appreciate your patience.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID and a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can track your package live on our courier partner’s website.
7. Damaged or Open Packages
If you receive a package that looks tampered with, opened, or heavily damaged, please DO NOT accept it.
Ask the delivery boy to take it back.
Take a photo of the damaged box.
Immediately contact us at support@volt11.in with your Order ID.
8. Non-Delivery
If our courier partner attempts delivery 3 times and you are unavailable, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
