🌱 How It Works
The soil probe measures the electrical resistance between its two conductive traces.
As soil moisture increases, resistance decreases. The comparator board processes this signal and
provides:
- Analog Output (AO) – proportional to soil moisture level
- Digital Output (DO) – adjustable threshold using onboard potentiometer
This allows precise moisture monitoring or simple wet/dry detection for automation systems.
